SLOOH provides online access to two telescopes on Mount Teide in the Canary Islands. Members of the SLOOH community can watch the telescopes as they capture images selected by other group members (Group Missions) and save them for their own analysis later. Members also can also make their own selections (Solo Mission) and capture their own images.

SLOOH a very interesting proposition for me living in UK where the weather
restricts the use of my own telescope. On cloudy nights I can watch images come
in from the Canary Islands. SLOOH plans to install two further telescopes and to
upgrade their software.
The subscriptions are low - with a week's free offer at the start and a User Group Forum.

SLOOH has two domes with two telescopes in each. Each dome has a wide-angle and a narrow-angle telescope which image the same object concurrently. Images sizes are 716 x 478 pixels and delivered as jpg. Plans for FITS files are under consideration.

The SLOOH console is has a StarWars type console to provide access (and a Help file for guidance). The system is backed up by some fancy software to present the images in realtime as they build through the exposure.
